Smokva editorial principles

Smokva Journal is a publication by Smokva.ai. We cover artificial intelligence, its applications, technology and its effects on society. The responsible editor is Mikhail Borodachev.

How we work with facts

We seek primary sources and link to them close to the relevant claim. An event date, publication date and our review date can differ. When an event date is unknown, we do not replace it with the time we discovered the story.

We distinguish company announcements, editorial conclusions, teaching examples and results of our own tests. A link alone does not mean every source conclusion has been independently confirmed. Tests need conditions and limitations. A teaching example is not evidence of an actual deployment.

Coverage of Smokva

We discuss our products openly and link named features to the relevant platform sections. Some destinations require sign-in. This relationship means the journal is not independent of its owner.

We state confirmed information about our service directly. Numerical promises retain their scope: initial setup, integrations and process validation are different stages. Comparisons and measured results need evidence regardless of whose product is involved.

AI assistance and visuals

We use AI for research, analysis, drafting, translation and design. A person remains responsible for publication: new material is reviewed and an exact version is approved.

We label generated illustrations and do not present them as product screenshots or evidence. Diagrams explain the material; numerical charts require sources and a method. An AI detector score cannot replace fact-checking or editorial work.

Corrections

Material corrections remain in the article history with a reason. Changes to published text require fresh approval. A new draft must not silently replace the published version.

To report an error, contact info@smokva.ai, identifying the page and passage that need review.

We disclose advertising placements and material commercial relationships. Product links help readers reach the feature being discussed; they must not mislead readers about availability. We do not place content on third-party sites in breach of their rules or the owner's access controls.
